Latest Injury Report on Cooper Saturday, July 25th, 1981 Harry Cooper will have to wait a while longer. The Capital City left fielder was informed this afternoon that he will miss another 4 weeks with a strained hamstring. The injury has kept him off the field since 07/24/1981. Though Cooper had hoped to return soon, he has no choice but to be patient. "Gotta stay focused," he said. "Gotta stay positive." Looking at his present stats, Cooper has compiled a .294 batting average in 102 games with a .360 on-base percentage, while hitting 9 home runs and driving in 55 runs. |
